Dr. Cisneros enlisted in the Army in 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Zoology from Humboldt State University. He later completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

During his time in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Cisneros pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and provided dental care to naval and marine personnel on the USS Nassau and at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

After returning to Illinois, Dr. Cisneros established a state-of-the-art dental practice focused on exceptional care in a friendly and relaxed environment. He is known for his warm demeanor and sense of humor, ensuring his patients feel comfortable during treatment.

Dr. Cisneros expanded his skills through further education in various dental specialties and believes in offering comprehensive treatment under one roof, eliminating the need for referrals.
